Bryony is a figurative painter living and working on the East Coast
Bryony grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. She got her BFA at Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia- the nation's only women's art school- while running a restaurant business in Southern Delaware called SoDel Concepts. As president of her company, she used design and coaching abilities to grow the company to 7 units and added a consulting company on the side. When her research travels brought her to the Napa Valley, she fell in love and moved across the country, only to return 10 years later and settle in historic southeastern Pennsylvania.
She is influenced by the work of Richard Diebenkorn and the Bay area figurative school of the 1950s and 1960s, Henri Matisse, and Pierre Bonnard.
